Donation from London school and TCCT trustees rebuild washrooms at
Ecole Maronite St Joseph Bourj Hammoud (Beirut)
Parents, pupils, and teachers at the Cardinal Wiseman School in West London
and TCCT trustees combined donations to re-build the washrooms at the 120 pupil
Ecole Maronite St Joseph in Bourj Hammoud (Beirut).
Fr Nayef Zeinaty, Director of Parish Schools at the Archdiocese of Antelias said: "Your
generous contribution has been put to immediate and impactful use. It was dedicated
to the installation and renovation of the school’s bathroom facilities, a much needed
improvement that has significantly enhanced hygiene and comfort for our students
and staff. We are truly grateful."
Professor Ian Linden, Chairman of TCCT said: "The Trustees are most grateful, and
not for the first time, for the generosity and support of the Cardinal Wiseman School
in West London under the inspired leadership of Daniel Coyle (Head Teacher and
trustee). With additional support from the Trustee Board and individual trustees this
long delayed project, which also included practical assistance from an association of
Maronite professional volunteers, was completed in record time during the Easter
break."
