Aline has worked for several years with First Step Together Association (FISTA), a Lebanese non-governmental organisation where she focuses on children and adults with special needs, autism, ADHD and learning difficulties.


Aline is also a committee member of an Armenian school in Beirut as well as an active member of the Armenian community across a range of essential charitable activities in Lebanon.


Aline graduated from the Lebanese University in Beirut with an MBA in Education.
